LinkHarvest does not collect, store, transmit, or share any user data. Period.

Data Collection

LinkHarvest does not collect any personal information, browsing history, or usage data. The extension operates entirely locally on your device.

Local Storage

LinkHarvest stores your preferences (whitelist/blacklist filter settings and auto-scan preference) using Chrome's local storage API (chrome.storage.local). This data:

• Never leaves your device
• Is not transmitted to any server
• Is not shared with any third party
• Can be cleared at any time by uninstalling the extension

Permissions

• activeTab — Required to scan links on the current page when you click the extension. Only activates on user interaction.
• scripting — Required to inject the link-scanning script into the active tab.
• storage — Required to save your filter settings locally.

Third-Party Services

LinkHarvest does not use any third-party services, analytics, tracking, or advertising.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
